Jason Davis

Managing Director

Jason is a United States Navy veteran. He has his commercial pilot's license and 25 years of flying experience. Jason began his career at Blue Ridge in 1996 and became the airport manager in 2007. He is the driving force for Blue Ridge Regional Airport's growth. Jason's vision and passion have led to numerous projects supporting the airport's expansion. He was the distinguished Airport Manager of the Year of Virginia in 2017 and is a member of the American Association of Airport Executives. He volunteered for the Martinsville Henry County Chamber Board of Directors for five years and was chairman for one year. Jason is committed to seeing his hometown thrive through the growth of Blue Ridge Regional Airport.

Crystal Keffer

Customer Service Manager

Crystal joined the Blue Ridge Regional Airport team with 16 years of customer service experience from SOVAH Health of Martinsville emergency department. Her skills include empathy, problem solving, active listening and patience. Crystal attended Patrick & Henry Community College and Old Dominion University while pursuing Human Services and Office Management degrees. She is a Henry County native, residing only eight minutes from the airport for most of her life. She is a mother of two and an accomplished small business owner.

Brandon Shively

Line Service

Brandon began his career at Blue Ridge Regional Airport in 1989, fueling aircraft and working in aircraft maintenance. He has experience working on numerous different types of aircraft and is a commercial pilot. Brandon is also a flight instructor, has taught hundreds of students, and continues shaping future pilots today.

Joe Haynes

Facilities Maintenance

Joe has worked for Blue Ridge Regional Airport for five years and is responsible for equipment, infrastructure, and grounds maintenance. He is a lieutenant with the Martinsville City Fire Department, where he has 16 years of public service. Joe is a Henry County native and works diligently to do whatever he can to help the airport's growth.
